Tomato Juice

Ingredients:tomato juice
3 lb tomatoes, chopped
• 2 teaspoons Kosher salt
• 2 teaspoons sugar

Directions:
• Heat the tomatoes, do not boil.
• Place in a sieve and press gently to extract juice.
• Mix with salt and sugar.
• Bring to boil and simmer for 1 minute.
• Cool and serve.
