Enchilada Soup

Ingredients: Enchilada Soup
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 1/2 lb chorizo
• 3 cup diced yellow onions (about 3 medium onions)
• 2 teaspoon ground cumin
• 2 teaspoon chili powder
• 2 teaspoon granulated garlic
• 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 2 cups masa harina
• 4 quarts chicken broth
• 2 cups  tomato sauce
• 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese, cut in small cubes
3 pounds  cooked chicken, shreded
