Ingredients:
• 1 pound thin green beans trimmed
• ¼ cup onion, chopped fine
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped fine
• 2 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves
• 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped fine
• 2 tablespoons chives, chopped fine
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
• Place beans in a steamer basket. Place in a saucepan over 1 in. of water; bring to a boil.
• Cover and steam for 10-12 minutes or until crisp-tender.
• Heat oil over medium-high heat in a large sauté pan. Cook the onions until translucent, about 2 minutes.
• Add the green beans and sauté for 2 minutes, stirring often.
• Add all the herbs, salt, and pepper and toss to combine. Cook for 2 minutes more
