Ingredients:
10 oz fresh strawberries, stems removed
• 2 ripe bananas
• 3 tablespoons sugar or honey
• 1 cup of ice cubes
• 3/4 cup milk, yogurt, kefir or coconut water

Directions:
 • Wash strawberries and remove banana peels.
• Combine all the ingredients in the blender.
• Blend until smooth. Scrape down the sides and process until smooth.
• Pour the smoothie into the prepared glasses.
•  Serve
