Ingredients:
• 16 oz farfalle
• 4 chicken quarters
• 3 TB spoon olive oil
• 4 TB spoon butter
• 3 TB spoon soy sauce
• 4 TB spoon honey
Directions:
• Separate meat from the bone.
• Cut into small pieces.
• Heat oil and butter.
• Add chicken.
• Sauté for 5 minutes.
• Add honey and soy sauce.
• Cook for 10 more minutes, mixing from time to time.
• Meanwhile cook farfalle al dente.
• Drain pasta. Reserve 1/4 cup liquid.
• Add pasta and reserved liquid to chicken. Cook for 3 minutes.
• Serve.
