Ingredients:
• 1 lb fresh sliced mushrooms
• 1 lb chopped pork
• 2 Tablespoons olive oil
• ½ lb cut cabbage
• 1 lb batonnet cut potatoes
• 1 grated carrot
• 1 sliced onion
• 2 cups tomato juice
• 4 teaspoons finely chopped garlic
• 2 bay leaves
• 6 cups water
• salt, pepper

Directions:
• Heat oven to 400F.
• Heat olive oil in a skillet.
• Add pork. Sauté for 20 minutes.
• Add onion and carrots. Sauté for additional 10 minutes.
• Season with salt and pepper.
• Meanwhile bring water to boil in an oven proof pot.
• Add bay leaves, mushrooms and cabbage. Boil for 15 minutes.
• Add potatoes and continue simmering for 20 minutes.
• Add all the ingredients from the skillet to the pot. Add garlic and tomato juice.
• Put the pot to the oven for 40 minutes.
• Serve.
