Ingredients:
• ½ lb Pollock fillet
• 3 TB spoon soy sauce
• 2 TB spoon vodka
• ½ teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 TB spoon lemon juice
• ¼ teaspoon black pepper
• ¼ cup olive oil
• ½ cup flour

Directions:
• Mix soy sauce, vodka, garlic powder, lemon juice and pepper.
• Marinate fish for 30 minutes.
• Coat the fish with the flour.
• Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
• Add oil.
• Heat until oil is hot.
• Add the fish and fry on each side until browned, adjusting the heat so that the oil is always bubblinmg but not burning.
• Drain well on paper towel.
• Serve hot or at room temperature.
