Ingredients:
• 1 cup sour cream
• 4 eggs
• 1 ½ cup sugar
• 3 cup flour
• 2 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 ½ cup shredded coconut
• 1 cup cream
Directions:
• Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
• Grease a 13x9x2-inch baking pan and dust it lightly with flour.
• Mix flour, 1 cup sugar and baking powder.
• Add sour cream, vanilla and eggs. Mix well.
• Place batter into the prepared pan.
• Mix shredded coconut and ½ cup sugar.
• Put coconut mixture over the batter.
• Bake for 30 minutes.
• Remove from oven.
• Pour cream over the cake.
• Let it cool.
• Cut into squares.
