Ingredients:
• 1 acorn squash
• Water
• 2 TB spoons brown sugar
• 2 TB spoons butter
• salt
• pepper

Directions:
• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
• Cut squash in half, remove seeds.
• Place in baking dish skin side up in about 1 inch water.
• Bake for 40 minutes or until tender.
• Remove from oven and fill each cavity with 1 TB spoon brown sugar, 1 TB spoon butter, salt and pepper to taste.
• Continue to bake for 10 minutes.
• Serve.
