Ingredients:
• 3 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder
• 5 teaspoons white sugar
• 2 cups milk
• ½  teaspoon vanilla extract
• pinch of cayenne pepper

Directions:
• Combine the cocoa and sugar in a bowl.
Heat the milk but do not boil.
• Stir in cocoa mixture.
• Simmer and stir for about 2 minutes.
• Remove from heat and add vanilla and cayenne pepper.
• Divide between 4 mugs.
Serve.
