Ingredients:
• 1 cup shortening
• 1 ¼ cups sugar
• 3 eggs
• 2 teaspoons almond extract
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 3 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• ¼ teaspoon salt

Directions:
• Cream shortening, sugar, egg, almond extract and vanilla till fluffy.
• Combine dry ingredients and mix into shortening mixture.
• Chill at least 1 hour.
• Roll out on floured board and cut with cookie cutters.
• Place on ungreased baking sheet and bake at 375 F degrees for 7-10 minutes or until brown around the edges.
