Ingredients:
• 1 1/2 cups, flour, sifted
• 1 cup butter, softened
• 1 TB spoon milk
•1 egg yolk, beaten
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
• 8 oz cream cheese, softened
• 1 TB spoon sugar
• 12 oz Solo apricot filling

Directions:
• Sift flour and baking powder.
• Cream butter, cream cheese, milk and sugar.
• Add beaten egg yolk and flour mixture.
• Chill several hours.
• Roll 1/8 to 1/4 inches thick.
• Cut into 2 inch rounds with a cookie cutter and place on cookie sheet.
• Make a depression in center of each cookie and fill with apricot filling.
• Bake at 400 degrees F. for 10-12 minutes until lightly browned.
