Ingredients:
• 1 lb boneless pork tenderloin
• 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
• 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions:
• Preheat oven to 500 degrees F.
•  Rub meat with the spices.
• Place seasoned meat in an uncovered roasting pan.
• Bake for 5 1/2 minutes per pound.
• Turn oven off and do not open oven door for 1 hour.( Internal temperature should reach 145 degrees F)
• Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes.
• Roast is done, very slightly pink in the center, and very moist.
