• 1 egg
• 100 ml milk
• 120 g flour
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon vanilla

• In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients.
• Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. You can flick water across the surface and if it beads up and sizzles, it’s ready.
• Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake.
• Brown on both sides and serve hot.
