Ingredients:
• 1 lb beef liver, cut into pieces
• 1 onion, chopped
• 1 garlic clove, crushed
• 5 tablespoons olive oil
• 12 tablespoons butter
• 100 ml cream
• 100 ml white wine
• 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1/4 teaspoon coriander
• 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
• pepper

Directions:
• Melt 4 tablespoons of butter in the olive oil.
• Add onion and saute 3 minutes.
• Add garlic and saute 1 more minute.
• Add liver and saute for 10 minutes.
• Add salt, nutmeg, coriander, pepper and white wine. Continue cooking for 5 more minutes.
• Add cream.
• Bring to boil and turn the heat off.
• Cool and blend to a smooth paste in the food processor.
• Put pate in a shallow dishes and pour melted butter on top.

Great on a piece of  rye bread. Yumm.
