Ingredients:
• 1 lb baby carrots
• 3 garlic cloves, crushed
• 1/2 cup celery, chopped
• 1 large onion, chopped
• 1 lb red potatoes, cut in chunks
• 2 green peppers, chopped
• 1 1/2 lb boneless pork, cut into cubes
• 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon marjoram
• 1 3/4 cup water
• 4 tablespoons flour

Directions:
• Heat oil and brown pork.
• In large bowl combine all ingredients except water and flour.
• Pour into crock pot.
• Combine water and flour in the bowl and pour over ingredients in crock pot.
• Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
• Serve.
