Ingredients:
• 3 cups butter
• 1 1/2 cups flour
• 1/3 cup powdered sugar
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• 3 eggs
• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 3 tablespoons flour
• 1/3 cup lemon juice
• 1 lemon zest

Directions:
• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
• Cut butter into flour, sugar and salt to make the crust.
• Press into the bottom of a a 13×9 inch pan.
• Bake for 20 minutes.
• Beat eggs with mixture until light and fluffy.
• Add sugar, flour, lemon juice and lemon zest.
• Pour over bake crust and bake an additional 20 minutes.
• Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
• Cut into bars to serve.
