Ingredients:
• 1/4 cup oil
• 1 lb lamb ribs
• 1 lb potatoes, cut in chunks
• 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper
• 1 teaspoon cumin
• 2 cups water

Directions:
• Heat oil in a dutch oven.
• Add ribs and saute for 5 minutes per side.
• Take the ribs out, add potatoes and saute for 10 minutes (until golden).
• Meanwhile rub ribs with salt, pepper and cumin.
• Pour the oil out of the dutch oven.
• Add ribs,potatoes and water to the dutch oven.
• Bring to boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 1 hour.
