Ingredients:
• 1 1/3  cup flour
• 2 ½ cup milk
•  3 eggs
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• ¼ tablespoon salt
• 1 tablespoon oil
• melted butter

Preparation:
• In a large bowl beat eggs, ½ cup milk, sugar and salt together.
• Add flour and mix well.
• Add the rest of the milk (2 cups), mix well.
Stir in oil.
• Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat.
• Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 2 tablespoons for each blin.
• Tip and rotate pan to spread batter as thinly as possible.
• Brown on both sides (30 seconds per side).
• Brush melted butter over each blin.
• Serve hot.
