Ingredients:
• 1 lb salmon fillet, cut in 1-inch cubes
• 2 Tb spoon Dijon mustard
• 2 Tb spoon soy sauce
• 2 TB spoon honey
• 1 TB spoon sesame seeds

Directions:
• Mix mustard, sauce, honey and sesame seeds.
• Place salmon into the mixture.
• Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
• Meanwhile soak wooden skewers in water.
• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
• Thread each chunk of salmon onto a soaked wooden skewer.
• Place on an oven prove dish, filled with 1-inch of water.
• Place salmon kebabs in the oven.
• Cook for 15 minutes.
• Enjoy.
