Ingredients:
• 1  (4-ounce) lamb chop
• 1 TB spoon extra-virgin olive oil
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 1 teaspoon finely chopped rosemary leaves
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
• 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Directions:
• Preheat a hot grill and the oven to 400 degrees F.
• Mix together olive oil, garlic, rosemary leaves, lemon juice, kosher salt and black pepper.
• Rub the chop with the mixture.
•  Place on the grill and cook for 4 minutes on each side.
• Put on a baking sheet and finish in the oven, about 5 minutes.
