Ingredients:
• 2 1/2 cups  fresh green beans
• 2   garlic cloves, crushed
• 5 teaspoons  balsamic vinegar
• 2 1/2 teaspoons  olive oil

Directions:
• Rinse and snap beans.
• Mix garlic, vinegar and olive oil and set aside.
• Steam beans until tender but firm, approximately 10-15 minutes.
• Toss with balsamic vinegar dressing.
