Ingredients:
• 2 lb ground beef
• 2 lb cabbage, shredded
• 1 cup rice, cooked
• 1 lb sour cream
• 8 oz tomato sauce
• 1 cup bread crumbs
• salt, pepper
• 2 TB spoons oil
Directions:
• Cook rice.
• Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
• Blanch cabbage.
• Mix cabbage, ground beef, cooked rice, salt and pepper.
• Form cutlets and coat well with bread crumbs.
• Saute in oil, 2 minutes per side.
• Put the cutlets into a baking dish.
• Mix sour cream and tomato sauce together.
• Pour the tomato mixture over the cabbage rolls.
• Bake for 40-50 minutes.
