Ingredients:
• 1 cup milk
• 1 cup flour
• 1 teaspoon onion powder
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper
• 1 egg, beaten
• 4 boneless pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil, for frying
Directions:
• Mix milk, salt, flour, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper and egg.
• Heat oil in pan.
• Use a meat hammer to pound the pork cutlets to 1/8 inch thickness.
• Pour milk mixture over meat and turn to coat on all sides.
• Make sure oil is hot. You can check by dropping a pinch of flour in, and it will sizzle if it is. Oil temperature should be around 375 degrees F, if you have an oil thermometer.
• Cook 2 minutes on each side.
• Drain on paper towels before serving.
