Ingredients:
• 12 oz Jumbo Shells pasta
• 1 onion, chopped
• 1 TB spoon oil
• 3-4 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 lb ground beef
• 26 oz spaghetti sauce
• 32 ounces ricotta cheese
• 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
• 4 tomatoes, chopped
• 3 oz Parmesan cheese,grated
• 1/4 teaspoon basil
• 1/4 teaspoon oregano
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
• Boil shells for 9 minutes, drain.
• Saute onion and garlic in oil for 3 minutes.
• Add ground beef, brown.
• Add chopped tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, ricotta cheese, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Mix.
• Pour have of the spaghetti sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
• Put the meat mixture in the shells(about a tablespoon and half into each one) line them up in across a three quart casserole dish.
• Pour the rest of the sauce over the shells.
• Cook for 30 minutes.
• Add the Parmesan cheese over the shells and meat and allow to cook for 10 more minutes.
