This makes a wonderful dessert for the holidays or any day of the week, and is very easy to prepare.
Ingredients: • 1 pack cherry jello • 1/2 cup water • 5 1/2 oz sour cream • 1 TB honey • 1 cup fresh cherry, pitted
Directions: • Bring water to boil. • Dissolve cherry jello in the water. • Let it cool a little. • Add sour cream and honey. • Mix well with an electric mixer. • Put cherries on the bottom of the serving dishes. • Pour jello mixture over the fruit. • Chill for at least 4 hours to set.
