• 1.5 lb new potatoes
• 1/2 stick of butter (4 TB spoons)
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 bunch of fresh dill, chopped
•1 teaspoon Kosher salt
• Place the potatoes in a spot, and boil for 10 minutes, until potatoes are tender but not mushy.
• In a pan, stir together the butter, dill, garlic, and salt.
• Transfer the potatoes to the pan, toss gently until they are well coated and saute for 5 minutes.
• Transfer to a serving bowl.
