Ingredients:
• 1 1/2 oz light rum
• 1 tbsp triple sec
•1 banana, sliced
• 1 1/2 oz lime juice
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1 stemmed cherry
• 1 cup crushed ice
Directions:
• Combine all ingredients (except for the cherry) with 1 cup crushed ice in an electric blender.
• Blend at a low speed for five seconds, then blend at a high speed until firm.
• Pour contents into a wineglass (or any other stemmed glass).
• Garnish with a cherry.
