• 2 1/3 cup milk
• 2 oz bittersweet chocolate
• 1 teaspoon corn starch

• Dissolve corn starch in 1/3 cup milk. Set aside.
• Heat 2 cups of milk in a medium-sized saucepan.
• Once the milk is warm, whisk in the chocolate, stirring until melted and steaming hot.
• Add the starch mixture to the chocolate, stir.
• For a thick hot chocolate, cook at a very low boil for about 3 minutes, whisking constantly.
