Ingredients:
• 10 new potatoes
• 1 TB spoon green onions, chopped
• 1 TB spoon dill, chopped
• 1 TB spoon parsley, chopped
• 1 TB spoon basil, chopped
• 2 garlic cloves, crushed
• 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
• 3 TB spoons olive oil

Directions:
• Cover the potatoes with cold water.
• Bring to boil and simmer for 15 minutes.
• Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
• Cut the potatoes in wedges.
• In a bowl mix green onions, dill, parsley, basil, garlic, salt and olive oil.
•  Transfer the potatoes to the bowl, toss gently until they are well coated.
• Transfer the potatoes to a baking sheet.
• Put the potatoes to the oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, flipping the potatoes halfway through, until cooked through.
