Ingredients:
• 1 lb salmon fillet
• 1 TB spoon Kosher salt
• 1 TB spoon sugar
• 1 TB spoon vodka

Directions:
• Brush vodka over salmon.
• Sprinkle salt and sugar over salmon.
• Cover with plastic and put in a fridge for 24-48 hours.
• Serve.
