Ingredients:
• 1 lb fresh strawberries
• 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
• 2 cups milk
• 1/2 cup sugar

Directions:
• Puree strawberries in the blender.
• Add sugar, milk, and lemon juice.
• Blend well.
• Pour the strawberry mix into a container and refrigerate for 1 hour.
• After 1 hour place the strawberry sorbet in a freezer for 2-4 hours.
• Serve.
