Ingredients:
• 1 lb ground beef (or 1 lb mushrooms, sliced)
• 1 TB spoon oil
• 1 cup couscous
• 5 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 teaspoon thyme
• 2 TB spoons Parmesan, grated
• 1 TB spoon butter
• 1 cup water
• Salt, pepper
Directions:
• Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
• Add ground beef (mushrooms), garlic and thyme, and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 4-5 minutes; season with salt and pepper, to taste.
• Add water, bring to boil.
• Add couscous, cover and cook on low for 4 minutes.
• Mix in the Parmesan cheese and butter.
• Serve.
