• 6 green peppers, seeded
• 1 lb Italian sausage
• 1 cup rice, cooked
• 32 oz marinara sauce
• salt, pepper, garlic powder
• Mix together Italian sausage, rice, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
• Stuff the peppers with the sausage mixture.
• Arrange stuffed peppers in a large pot and cover with marinara sauce.
• Bring to boil, cover, reduce heat to medium and cook for 40 minutes.
