Ingredients:
• 1 lb lamb, cubed
• 1 lb potatoes, cubed
• 1 onion, chopped
• 1 lb carrots, chopped
• 1 (14.5 oz can) diced tomatoes
• 1 cup basil, chopped
• 2 teaspoons cumin
• 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
• 2 bay leaves
• 2 cloves garlic, rushed
• salt, pepper
Directions:
• Put lamb into a Dutch oven.
• Cover with cold water and bring to boil.
• Lower the heat and simmer for 1 hour.
• Add the rest of the ingredients and boil for 25 minutes until all the vegetables are cooked through.
• Serve.
