Ingredients:
• 1 (11.5-oz) bag white chocolate chips 
• ¾ cups heavy cream
• 2 Tbsp butter
• 1 Tbsp bourbon

Directions:
• Heat butter in pan until melted.
• Add heavy cream to pan and heat until just boiling.
• Remove from heat.
• Add white chocolate chips to pan.
• Stir gently until white chocolate is melted.
• Add bourbon and stir to blend.
• Serve warm or cold.
