Ingredients:
• 3 lb apples, cored, skinned and shredded
• 1 cup flour
• 1 cup semolina
• 2/3 cup sugar
• 1 stick butter (110 gram), keep it cold
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
•1 teaspoon baking powder (10 gram)
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
• Mix together sugar, semolina, salt, flour and baking powder. That is going to be the batter.
• Pour 1/3 of the batter in a buttered pie dish.
• Put half of the apples on the batter.
• Pour another 1/3 of the batter over the apples.
• Put the rest of the apples on top.
• And now put the rest of the batter on top.
• Shred the butter and  put it over the batter.
• Bake it for about 1 hour.
