Ingredients:
•  3 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder
• 5 teaspoons white sugar
• 2 cups milk
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
• pinch of cayenne pepper (1/8 teaspoon)
• 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

What you do:
• Combine the cocoa, cayenne pepper, pumpkin pie spice and sugar in a bowl.
• Heat the milk, vanilla and almond extract but do not boil.
• Stir in cocoa mixture.
• Simmer and stir for about 2 minutes.
• Remove from heat.
• Divide between 4 mugs.
• Serve.
