Ingredients:
• 4 russet (baking) potatoes, peeled and sliced with mandoline slicer
• 1/2 stick (1/4 cup) butter, melted
• Coarse salt to taste
Directions:
• Preheat oven to 500 degrees F.
• Pat the potatoes dry between paper towels and arrange them in one layer in 2 cookie sheets sprayed with a non-stick cooking spray.
• Brush the potatoes with the butter.
• Bake them in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
• Sprinkle with the salt.
