What you need:
• 2 individual tea bags
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• ½ teaspoon ground ginger
• ¼ teaspoon ground allspice
• ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
• 1/4 teaspoon cardamon
• 1 cup water
• 1 cup milk
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1 teaspoon brown sugar
• Whipped cream and ground nutmeg for topping, optional
What you do:
• Place cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and allspice in the 2-quart saucepan.
• Add water, milk and sugar and bring to a boil.
• Remove from heat and add the tea bags.
• Cover and brew 2 to 5 minutes.
• Remove the tea bags and squeeze; stir in chocolate syrup.
• Dollop with whipped cream and sprinkle with nutmeg if desired.
