Ingredients:
• 1 chicken
• 1 chilli pepper
• 2 tbsp butter
• 6 cloves garlic, crushed
• 1 cup cream
• 1 cup chicken broth
• 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:
• Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
• Wash the chicken and cut it along the breast, flatten it out and dry it.
• Rub with salt and pepper.
• Heat butter in a cast iron skillet.
• Saute chicken (5 minutes per side).
• Mix together cream, garlic and chilli pepper.
• Cover the chicken with sauce.
• Put in the preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes.
