Ingredients:
• 1 lb Italian sausage
• 1 stick of butter (8 TB spoons)
• 2 cups milk
• 1/2 cup flour
• salt, pepper

Directions:
• Break up the sausage as you put it in the pan over a medium heat.
• Brown it. (about 6 minutes).
•  Add the butter and let it melt in the pan.
•  Add  flour; constantly whisk for about 3 minutes over low heat.
• Slowly pour in the milk, whisk constantly over medium-low heat until bubbly and thickened (about 3 minutes).
•  Add salt and pepper
