Ingredients:
• 1 1/2 lb beef, cut into 1/4 inch thick and long slices
• 1 lb potatoes, sliced
• 4 onions, sliced
• 1 teaspoon salt
•1 TB spoon paprika
• 1 TB spoon flour
• 2 cups sour cream divided
• 2 cups red wine
• lard

Directions:
• Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
• Brown meat in lard with salt, paprika, and flour in a Dutch oven.
• Add onions and potatoes and continue cooking for 10 more minutes.
• Add wine, 1 cup sour cream, and enough beef broth to cover.
• Cover and place in the preheated oven for 1 hour.
• Add the rest of the sour cream and cook for 30 more minutes.
• Serve over spaetzle.
