Ingredients:
• 200 grams ricotta cheese
• 100 grams mozzarella cheese, shredded
• 1 egg
• 4 TB spoons flour

Directions:
• Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
• Mix all the ingredients.
• Roll dough on a lightly floured surface to about 1/2 inch thick.
• Cut out 12 circles using a 2 1/2-inch round biscuit cutter.
• Transfer snacks to the prepared baking sheet.
• Bake for about 15 minutes until they turn golden brown.
