Ingredients:
• 1 cup fruit juice
• 3 tablespoons honey
• 3 tablespoons beef gelatin
Directions:
• In a pan, bring the juice and honey to a boil
• Add the gelatin and mix in rapidly with a whisk until it is fully dissolved.
• Pour into molds and place in refrigerator for 20 minutes (for easy transport, place the silicone mold on a cookie sheet).
• Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for freshness.
