Ingredients:
• 1 lb ground beef
• 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
• 1/4 cup cream
• 1 egg, slightly beaten
• 2 TB spoon parsley, chopped
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
• 2 cups Marinara sauce
• 2 TB spoons olive oil

Directions:
• Add cheese, cream, egg, parsley, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper to the meat and mix until just combined. Do not over-mix.
• Roll 12 meatballs.
• Heat oil in the frying pan over medium heat.
• Add the meatballs to the pan.
• Cook the meatballs approximately 1 1/2 minutes per side.
• Cover the meatballs with Marinara sauce and cook covered with the lid for 20 minutes.
