• 8 (6 inch) corn tortillas
• 2 tablespoons grapeseed oil, or more as needed
• Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
• Cut tortillas in half, then slice crosswise into 1/8-inch strips.
• Place strips into a bowl and toss with oil until fully coated.
• Transfer oiled strips to a baking sheet and arrange in a single layer.
• Bake in the preheated oven until crisp and lightly browned, about 10 minutes.
• Remove from the oven and let cool before using.
