• 1/4 cup Kosher salt
• 2 tablespoons brown sugar ( or Brown Swerve – the brown sugar substitute)
• 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
• 1 tablespoon garlic powder
• 1 tablespoon onion powder
• 1 tablespoon black pepper
• 1 teaspoon coriander
•1 tablespoon dry zest of the orange, grated
•1 tablespoon dry zest of the lemon, grated
•Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Store in an airtight container or keep in the freezer in a resealable plastic bag.

For best results, rub into meat at least 15 minutes before cooking and up to over night.
