Ingredients:
• 4 eggs
• 1 cup sugar
• 50 grams butter, melted
•1/4 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 cup flour
• 4 apples, peeled and diced

Directions:
• Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a 6½-inch springform pan with nonstick cooking spray.
• Mix eggs, sugar, butter, and baking powder.
• Add flour and mix well.
• Add apples and incorporate them into the batter.
• Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
• Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, 25-30 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack and cool for 15 minutes.
• Run a knife around the springform pan, release springform, and flip Apple Charlotte onto a plate. Immediately flip the cake onto a serving platter.

P.S. You can substitute apples for peaches, pears, or any other fruit you like.
