Ingredients:
• 1 lb chicken gizzards
• 2 tablespoons flour
• 1 tsp salt
• 3 cups milk
• 1 carrot
• 1 onion
• 1 bell pepper
• 8 garlic cloves
• 1 teaspoon coriander
• 1/2 teaspoon gochugaru
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 1/2 tablespoon vinegar
• 2 tablespoons soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
• 3 tablespoons oil

Directions:
• Clean and trim the chicken gizzards. To clean, place the gizzards in a bowl with 2 tablespoons flour, 1 teaspoon salt. and water. Gently scrub the flour and salt mixture onto the gizzards to remove impurities. Drain, rinse, wash, and drain until the water runs clear.
• To tenderize the gizzards, pour 3 cups of milk or until the gizzards are completely submerged. Let this sit for 20 to 30 minutes.
• Bring the milk with gizzards to boil and simmer for 30 minutes. Remove from the heat and drain. Thinly slice the gizzards.
• While the gizzards are simmering, thinly slice the carrots, bell pepper, and onion. Add salt, sugar, coriander, gochugaru, finely chopped garlic, and vinegar. Mix well and let the vegetables marinate for 15-20 minutes.
•Heat the oil in the skillet and sauté the onion and carrots for 5-7 minutes. Add soy sauce, close with the lid and continue cooking for 5 minutes.
• Add chicken gizzards and sesame seeds. Mix. Lower the heat and continue cooking for 5-7 minutes.
• Serve.
